The cabin has screened in porches to sleep on or relax as you overlook the river that are approximately 400 sq. ft. The cabin comes furnished and has wood cook stove plus two grills, refrigerator, electric baseboard heat plus propane heat and wood fireplace. Although there is running water in the cabin, it is not potable and owner has chosen to use bottled water for drinking.
The cabin has a compost toilet inside plus a outhouse. There are two cabins located on Eqyptian Creek. This is forest service lease running through 2028, renewable for ten year periods and the buyer must apply for a permit through the Forest Service. There is a transfer fee payable to the Forest Service. This permit is for seasonal recreational use only and the owner must own a principal residence elsewhere.
