End of the road bordering public land! Looking for seclusion, this may be it. Unfortunately 95% of it was burned in 2021 (see photos), but there are still some tall Ponderosa Pine trees that are green on the northern end as well as some nice green meadows. It borders almost 50 acres of public BLM land you can enjoy for recreation, hiking and hunting. Lots of burned trees to use for building if that is your dream. This land offers an excellent building site on top with views to the north and the surrounding Bull Mountains. Area is inhabited by mule deer, whitetails, elk, Black Bear, Turkeys, Bobcats, mountain lions, coyotes and grouse. Very secluded and private setting. If you want to get away from it all this is a property you can do this on. It is 40 miles north of Billings, Montana, about 5.5 miles off the state highway and 2.5 miles from the pavement. You would be 14 miles south of Roundup. Power is about 1500 feet to the west. Adjoining 20 acres is also available.
